Does Judge Berry provide Zoom Mediations ? Yes.

The majority of  mediations now rely on Zoom for insurance carriers and parties who find travel difficult.

Will Judge Berry travel to attend mediations? 

 Absolutely.    

Is there a minimum number  of mediation hours required to hire Judge Berry? 

There is a 4 hour minimum to conduct a mediation.   

What are the hourly fees? 

Hourly fees depend on the number of parties involved in the case.  Please call for a quote.   

Do you charge for travel time? 

Travel fees are negotiable.   

Does your Court Canine, Madeline attend mediations?  She loves to spend time in the courtroom and in mediations!
